Re: Flintstones and craftable coal for alchemists - Motte - 10-07-2012 @Badman: Yes, it is. You burn wood with a tiny percentage of water in it (below 20%) at 275°C without any oxygen around.. it's called pyrolysis (well, not sure if that's what you call it in English, tho). If I'm not mistaken most of Europe's coal produced this way comes from Ucrainia, where they have special facilities for that.. at least as seen in a documentary a while ago. There are different types of coal, and I am not talking about fossile coal. And most of all: This is a fantasy game.. if you're really all that critical I'd like to see you making a counterproposal on f.e. spinning silk or why you don't need another unit of coal for producing black steel (sure, you just put shade ore on 2 units of steel, at voila: BLACK STEEL!). @Art2X: Misunderstanding, sorry. Re: Flintstones and craftable coal for alchemists - Shotgun1 - 10-07-2012 This is a really good idea mate Re: Flintstones and craftable coal for alchemists - Chris - 10-07-2012 I think it is a good idea. I would prefer for it to be a marketplace item, only because the Flintstone would become as rare as the coal. Other then that good job ) Re: Flintstones and craftable coal for alchemists - Art2X - 10-07-2012 Motte, I saw that men offer to make flintstone marketplace good.I wrote it to them. |
