Re: Gaming Headsets - DrWhoCares - 13-11-2014 If you want wireless, I got this thing for 70 dollars because K-Mart closed. http://us.playstation.com/ps3/accessories/pulse-wireless-stereo-headset-ps3.html Fantastic wireless quality, never has it been bad, great battery life, about 12 hours or more of continuous use. Sound quality is nice, even cancels out a bit of outside sound naturally. So damn comfortable, although slightly big. Microphone mute button. Works on PS things. Uses USB so you can use it on Mac laptops or laptops that don't have headset jacks. Great microphone quality, only two problems. One, you have to work it a bit oddly to get the sound to work correctly on computer, otherwise it's really loud. But that's not very difficult, once you lower the PC sound for it to 1%, the slider works as normal. Two, the LED can be really bright if you extend the microphone out in the dark. Gets annoying, but I rarely ever extend it, and if needed, ill just cover it up with some black tape. Re: Gaming Headsets - Irolltwenties - 12-12-2014 If you can find an old PC350 from Sennheiser you would be good. They are the same drivers as 555's and the mic is good quality as well. Good for talking and listening. |
