Perhaps they could implement something like in L4D or Killing Floor where you can say stuff to the team easily. If not, maybe the devs could somehow utilize the single player battle orders (F1-F4 keys) so that you could more easily communicate.
Of course, everyone could just use the TeamSpeak that the NI devs have so graciously provided.

We can but some guys you play with arent on teamspeak so it would be usefull ;D

Well teamspeak is good for houses and such but random public players may not want to bother with that so much.

That's a good point. I would like some way to have text come up (like hold, heal, ready) so players can do more in the heat of battle.
