I dont know what bump is but everyone is bumping, and when i bumped 4 times in a day, it was told me i can bump only once per day. So this is my first bump in this day

A bump is basically you trying to get people to notice your topic. By replying to it it moves up to the top again, with a 'new' tag next to it as well.
