Are you searching through the whole server list without using the filter functions? If yes, try to use the filter functions to only find NI-servers. I had the same problem. After the 0.7.0 patch I had to refresh the server list several times to find most NI servers, then I added them to my favourites and opened the favourites list, but it was empty :-\ Maybe it's the same in your case. Well, since this problem has not been dissolved til today, I'm using the internet list with the filter function and all NI servers show up.

When I delet the rgl_config and then start Warband the rgl_config came back.
