I got my Fiendish a few days ago for 12 mill. I personally wont sell for less than 14m.
As for the other bows, alot of people that own a Ullrs/Stag wont sell for less than 40m, or just wont sell at all because of how hard they are to reacquire. And Hurricane, the prices fluctuate alot. Really you just need to get lucky with someone that wants to sell it to get the 15-16m price.
