I mean, one requires you to kill multiple difficult bosses
on multiple modes, the other you can do sitting afk in beginner mode on any decently armored character :X
To clarify, this literally happened constantly for foraging, and I dont think we are in any hurry to readd something like this...

As for the actual quest idea - we cannot currently monitor the amount of times you use a medic box, sorry.
