Like mentioned above, Royal Scale is lighter and still strong. So it will be some advantage in situations you have to run for your life
IMO there'll be no buff for brass set, the line-up looks balanced.

Gauntlets and maybe Helm is some thing people will want more than brass as it not much difference together (1.7w)
