I know you are RG, so it may Swadian Full Plate.
It gives 74 body armor 33 leg armor, same crafting as half plate, Royal Guard locked, cost 10m~11m.

Yup, Swadian Halfplate goes atm for something like Woddy said: 10m. Next one up would be ca. 25m to craft (sales price usually same as crafting cost, 'cause they are not often available), it's Defender / Heraldic Plate.
Also: Woody mentioned there is the Heraldic Trans with same stats as the Swadian Halfplate in case you'd prefer the heraldic one. It looks pretty much like trans just with your banner on the chest. On the other hand, the Swadian Halfplate looks really badass
PS. in your pursue of upgrading your armour rating do not neglect the gauntlets. They can provide you with the same body armour upgrade at a much lower price so if you're tight on budget you should take a closer look at this.
