I've said this before, I'll say it again:
The reason legendaries are so desirable are BECAUSE the drop rate is so low. It's fine where its at.
Some of us have been playing longer than you and have never ever gotten a legendary.
If you want to get one in your possession and don't want to rely on luck. Try trading.
