A worthy solution it might be. Perhaps the top tier items could be lootable and lower tier ones auctionable... And yes, Malong, it's correct: if it's radom it can go to anyone, also the rich. Still, at least there would be hope for the noobies...

There's already hope for the noobies, just stay alive while a boss dies. Undeserved™ loot has happened quite often (and even once is too often).
Obligatory: it is the stance of the NI team that all loot is deserved, unless received while glitching.
