Hablam, I like your base image the most, but it needs to be touched up. Maybe something between Ugh's super saturated colors and yours.
Also, the text is too hastily placed (so much so that it seems out of place) and I think it should be thematically similar the Blue+Red NordInvasion color scheme.
But I love how the screenshot really highlights the 4 classes really well. I see potential for it to be really awesome

I can touch it up if you still have the uncropped screenshot. It's too focused on the left side I think (with 3 legendaries there and only a snake halberd on the other side), and that Swadian helmet looks too much like the open trooper. The text should also be on top, since the bottom left corner will be covered.
