I'm sort of seeing it as my duty to inform everyone that most likely with the 0.5.0 update (or shortly after), this pike will get a major buff. It will be able to switch between overhead swinging and overhead stabbing (as stated here).
So this thing be worth a bit more than expected

Thank you for performing your duty, hopefully this will make people step up their offers. I'd hate to have to wait until 0.5.0 to sell it.
