Well, you could do this, but every tier 4 guy will "farm" at these servers....
So don't do legendary drops, that would to easy for tier 4 guy's.
You can do as loots easy mats like as highers Mixed Glue or Hardened Metal

So don't do legendary drops, that would to easy for tier 4 guy's.
Small final boss, drop only a scale or something ~100-200k worth, no assassins, no OP bots for redshirts (at least from wave 1 to wave ~14)
And my two cents : redshirts should have decent stats so that they can try every kind of weapon before going pikeman/archer/crossbowman/inf.
For example, 80 proficiency everywhere should be fine.
