Sphinx, would be an einherjar ranger, because he hates payers and loves his hurricane bow
Yuri, would a broke gold miner, who spends his days in the tavern complaining about how he found the motherload but it got rolled back. Wins the local tournament, asks for a better pick to dig with as his prize (everyone around him seems puzzled, Volundr the sword-smith can't figure out if he is bemused or insulted)... Six months later, still broke.
