they are in gamefiles so they are just an item we don't know weather they will be Legendary or craftable as the devs haven't implemented them yet

In gamefiles means that the stats are put in the client side of the mod, but for crafting materials and requirements etc, they need to be added to the NI database and server. So we now only know their stats and looks.
