Found how to fix sound issues. If someone have no sound ingame like I had, you can try this. I had disabled music both in game launcher options (by checkbox) and in game options (by reducing volume). Enabling music in game launcher solved my problem with sounds

Hmmmm....
I will have to try this again. That was the work around, and it did not work when 1.151 was patched via Steam for me.
Off to try it again I guess. The sound fades in a out randomly. Maybe I need to delete a configf file. I LOVE trouble shooting.

(UPDATE) And my sound now work properly. So the workaround does work again. Can not disable Music or Sound, but can turn down Music once in game.

Even with the music enabled, my sounds still bug out sometimes. I don't think that fix works, at least for me.
