Both are fairly weak and probably wouldn't run NI.
Your budget is way too low for what you are looking for dude, save up a bit more money.

You're going to need some dedicated graphics on a laptop. Like handef said save up some money. You're probably going to want 700-800 dollars for the laptop you want.

Yes I think i will have to save up abit more if I decide to get a 15.6" laptop i think a $600 one will be since my old laptop was $430 and ran NI medium graphics
