Typically, people tend to categorize legendaries as uncraftable equipment, with even high level house crafted stuff not being legendary.
I have seen banks testing out craftable throwing spears recently. Think the mesh might need some work done on it though.

Spd rtng: 120
Thrust damage: 46
Max ammo: 20
Shoot speed: 30
