Every basic troop in Hardmode drops one Huscarl Shield.
I suggest changing Swadian Kite Shields stats to:
Spd rtng 95
Body armor 45
Hit points 500

A good idea, the high armor will enforce the fact that it is made of steel, while heavy blows will destroy it alot more quickly than they would the huscarlshield - less hp than huscarl shield.

also bout the strange boots: they need 2 wovensteel and 6 leather and give 21 leg armor,
highlander give 22leg and uses 2 leather and some wood
