Not without spikes, just smaller more realistic ones. (I do like spiky armour, but trying to keep some realism in NI :p)
Haven't seen a functional period set of armour with large spikes on them so far.

Indeed, its kinda difficult to find a balance between both.
Thought about having a go at one of these instead, as their concept is less fantasy'ish:

Yeah, they aren't bad, but would need toning down a bit in some areas. (like the hands on the top one, looks a tad too heavy)
But overall, not completely unrealistic, just could do with a bit thinner plates/smaller plates.

Well if you can pull it off, I'd certainly be interested!
Currently not adding too many items for the next patch (there is one coming soonish™, hopefully you'll find it more than enough
).Which is why I haven't been asking for many (should probably put this somewhere more visible
).But we will be adding more items in the patches that follow! (and I wouldn't say no to another model contest at some point
)
