Exactly, since then newer and more powerful shields have been released, as well as more Tower Shields having dropped (particularly the period of December 2013 to February 2014, called "WS's Revenge," where Scotshroom, Abekrampe, Spetzle, Rammy, and probably more people I'm forgetting looted it). This all decreases the value of the Tower Shield. I would even say 1.2 million and a Bear Armor is too generous.
We're not being serious... Well we are being serious about this trade having happened and all those WS people looting it, but not about its bearing on the current value, about which I doubt any of us actually cares.
