Current hard mode isn't exactly easy...

Used to be a challenge? Does that not make the present day challenging at all? I wasn't aware of this at all, are people getting to wave 20 5 times a day on hard mode?

I think new version of NI reload the challenge of the game, you said map ´s kitting are borred, just accept new maps
New weapons , reset NI is not a good solution.
Maybe for that you can wait new m&b and bew NI :p

There will always be new players that feel they are way to far behind , and a re-set wont change the fact it takes skill to acquire all these things .
My advice to any new starters would be to just watch and copy , I'm relatively new and have acquired friends and tactics to help you achieve finding that drop you desire.
In the end the gear alone won't beat the nords
