This would be unfair to the newer players. I don't think a lot of them would stick around if it takes months to get your hero class. What a better solution would be is a linear increase of the cost for a hero status. So with each hero you unlock you pay an extra X amount of cash for the next hero class. However this would discourage some players to create an extra account to attain hero status. What if you notice the standard prince. For 2-3 sons of Ragnar? with different types of protection. Bjorn, Ubba, Khvitserk, Sigurd the Snake-eyed. for example, to make one final wave a full crossbow (including the boss) 2 leave as it was, but give the boss a name. and 3 with two-handed axes. Ban those elitist snobs who act like they own the public servers and discourage the new players. Sometimes I feel like NI needs a socialist revolution. 3. Please remove the invisible walls/boundaries on the maps. 4. I don't understand why you made pikes/halberds exclusive to pikeman. Moreover, I don't understand why this mod has only light pikeman. In reality, pikemen and halberdiers also acted as heavy infantry. Swiss Guards are a great example to that. But again, We can get to so many places where the bots can't its scary. Point 4) Probably because Pikes have their own proficiency and balance. Pikes themselves are very very different to use than Swords. And Halberd weapons are 1 hard to balance for Infantry, and 2 a bit different due to the length. Also your example is Highly Flawed in that they came into being in 1480. IE Renaissance era. Not actually middle ages. Something that would be more medival would be the Scottish Pikes from the Scottish war for Independence under Wallace and Bruce. But those were very much Pikes and again very different than Swords men. Halberdier is a heavy armor class that uses pikes. If Heavy armor is what you want to use with pikes, than that is the one to go. I could see a replacement to repeater hero for xbow using polarms but I don't think more than 4-5 hero's should be able to use polarms. Why as the useser would need to have more skill or just muscle in my mind to use vs a 1h or 2h were skill just makes you better. Altho this could be solved by add new type of polarms eg EK vs Dur. Ones faster and has less cut vs more cut and abit slower so this new polarm could be slower as of the less skill and maybe with bit more cut/poke.
