Roight, been playing far too much rome 2 as this shield turned out pretty bloody roman looking.
*added texture for the pheonix shield
*added alternate silver version because perhaps red is a bit too much?

Looks too plain, too clean.
The phoenix needs a lot more detail painted on it along with a proper bumpmap.
The shields backside looks pretty odd and the wood texture could use some dirt, try a grunge brush to make it more interesting.
Looks pretty unfinished altogether.

Nothing exciting, just texture tweaks.
-Pheonix shield texture tweak, i've just given up and made it roman
-Dwarf Battleaxe texture tweak, gold is more gold looking, and dark metal changed from that weird purple

I love it, and I'm not just saying that beacuse I owe you a crap tone of gold. If you added some texture to it, like a silver'ish color, it would be a cool gauntlet to drop as a legendary.

Some of this stuff is really good, well done.
Crits being that you should practise your low poly modelling and texturing with paths and layers, but you clearly have a lot of modelling potentional.

Added some sort of gauntlet model I've had sitting around for awhile, looks very chunky, cant remember what my plans were for it.
