Its worse than the Zwiehander helms in use. I would say its a unusable nord item that was not realized to be in a inventory. That's the color they use to be. And it looks like the Prince helm.

why would they bother class locking it. the other grey items were usable by all in precedence.

Okay... So why is it worse than the other 6 legendary Zwiehander helms? Maybe its a really old legendary that has not dropped before?
Also the fact that it got missed in the recoloring on the website.

Sometimes things are put into the drop table and do not get a rarity assigned to them, which means that they are invisible when I sort by rarity. This item has been adjusted and put in its proper place.
