Which keys? You dont need a CoC registration key any more as its open Alpha now. Just grab the Activation code from the CoC_Registration server and you're good to go.

Players tend to organize games on the NI TS. Though due to the downed US servers there aren't that many players on during ties that are convientient for players in the Americas. You might be able to find some people from the EU to play with you though, if you stay up really late.

Roughly, 4am on the west coast is about noon in europe. 5-6am and most people are getting off work and school. That's not to mention on weekends where people come on in the morning, and you can catch people playing in europe far earlier than 4am west coast time.
