I find it amusing how most of the people complaining about not getting legendary's or good loot are the ones that have been playing for 6 months of less.

I've been playing since before the first update, and I haven't gotten a legendary. I have gotten a bunch of green drops, but I haven't even gotten a Damascus steel as a drop.

I think you should wait a while before you say they should boost the legendary/loot drop rate. Wink

i didint say boost it i said i got no legendary.of course no one can affect who get the loots... but i get desperate when i see ppl that played 3 months looted 3 legendaries.

Remember, it is not when you started the game, nor how much time you have actually put into it, but how often you have been around for the drops.  Someone could have started when the game first started and only have 100 or less hours in the game.  Someone with 1500 hours logged could be a terrible archer that dies the wave after every spawn wave (totally not meaning anyone in particular.... :3).  Likewise, someone that has played ~150 hours, started the game a month ago, but gotten to the boss wave almost every time could have gotten several legendary drops.

So don't say "I have 2000 hours logged" or "My character ID is 1243" as proof that you deserve a legendary, because it just doesn't work that way.  The drop rate is only part of the equation here.  I am typically one of the last to die in any given game and just about every game I play in gets to at least wave 16, assuming we are actually trying and not just goofing off.  You don't get drops by having started 9 months ago, you don't get drops by having 20000000000 hours logged (although I guess that would help lol), you get them by being in game, not getting killed, getting your team far, working together, and kicking Nord butt.

This response isn't really related to the topic= it is more geared towards those that have taken this thread, like many others, as yet another opportunity to complain about how long they've played or how old of a player you are.  That isn't what this thread is about.  If you want to complain, make a drop support group Big Grin  If you want to make suggestions on how to make things better, keep posting.  Suggestions like "increase drop rate pls" aren't really helpful.  Give evidence, specifics, as much information as you can think of to make a post that makes sense and contains a degree of persuasiveness.  This is the "Feature Request" section, not the "Bitch and Moan" section.

I would say it would be fine, if the high bosses like odin, thor, loke, ragnar and prince drops legendaries and crafting materials. Drop rate for legendaries can stay like it is and the mat drop sth like 90%. So not always you get a drop but oftern. In my eyes that would make it fair if you get so far to have a higher chance to loot sth.

An other suggestion would be to increase the drop rate from green mats if you reach a higher wave. A example a Battle priest got a drop rate from like 10% and on wave 3 and on wave 7 its like 15%.

Nice idea actually. Add a decent chance of getting like 3-5x water from odin and stuff like that. The lower bosses like Nord Commander could give like 5-10 hm or something. Not such a high chance that it drops all the time, but enough to be consistent and give an incentive to get to the bosses every time (10-25%?).

Thats nice too, that a boss could loot like 3 Waters or Lumps.

They were toying more with the possibility of 100% drop chance on Odin for example. With current legendary chance + the chance of looting materials as well. So that way something drops every time, it could just be either a legendary, a high-tier material or a low-end material.

Yeah that would work as well I guess. Nice to get something for technically beating the game. I don't necessarily like the idea of 100% because I enjoy the chance/risk factor involved in the whole thing. Either way I'm happy with how it is now and would probably be happy with whatever changes are made, tbh I just want to play.
