Wears Couir Builli, Gauntlets, Great Helmet and murders his former faction members with his mighty Great Sword.
Nutcracker,
Light armor but exaggerated speed and armed with a Huscarl Shield and a military pick. (1h)
Nord Trolls
Same coding as early Hardmode's Tricksters but no weapon, using his fists to kill Swadians.
Mediocre armor and just enough strength to make a little bit damage through decent armor.
Just a few suggestions, I might come up with more if you like these.

Naked.
Difficulty: Impossible
Punch poor plated Swadian soldiers to death in seconds.
Only 1 per 5 players.
HP? About 20 headshots or 10 couched lances.

Nord Marauder:
Weapons: 2h axes, long spiked clubs, 1h axes, falchions, maces, plain round and heater shields(not everyone)
Armors: fur and lether armors, light leather helmets or caps, hunter, ankle and wrapping boots
Difficulty: some above than Nord Serfs, between follower and skirmisher
Should partly replace Serfs after Bers/Jav/Brute wave and fully after Skirmisher
Nord Raider:
Weapons: spears, 1h axes, 1h swords, 2h and polearm axes, round shields(not everyone), javelins(not everyone)
Armors: Tribal Warrior Outfit, Leather Jerkin, Padded leather, Studded leather, Byrnie, Metal Helmets(footman, fighter), Leather Boots
Difficulty: above than Nord Marauders, between skirmisher and trooper
Should partly replace Marauders after Cav/Zwei/Sea and fully after Trooper
Nord Hirdmadr(Hirdman):
Weapons: war spears, best 1h axes, best 1h swords, polearm axes, heavy round shields(everyone), throwing spears(not everyone)
Armors: Mail Shirt, Scale Armor, Haubergeon, Mail Hauberk, Huscarl and Fighter Helmets, Mail Mittens, Mail Chausses
Difficulty: above than Nord Raiders, between trooper and knight
Should partly replace Raiders after Huscarls and fully after Knights
In addition to Nord Huscarls wave:
Nord Man-at-arms:
Weapons: lances, swords, cavalry heater shields, some have best 1h axes, Hunters
Armors: Heraldic Mail, Huscarl helmets, Scale gaunlets, Mail Chausses
Difficulty: Between Cavalry and Knights
Nord Ulfhedin(Wolf Warrior(like berserkers, but with spears)):
Weapons: War spears, Ashwood pikes, Pikes, Awlpikes, Long Awlpikes, some have best 1h swords, Throwing spears(everyone)
Armors: Mail Shirt, Fighter Helmet, Scale Gaunlets, Mail Chausses
Difficulty: above Zweihanders
Move very fast(faster than berserkers), throw very accurate, stab fast and deadly, high health.

If we want to stick with a norse theme we could do Skalds, which are basically warrior bards.
Nord Skald
Weapons: round shield and hand axe,
Armour: Chainmail variant, maybe with a coloured or ornate cloak, no helmet, maybe some sort of animal skin hood?
Difficulty: medium/hard, they should be fast and strong but not quite at the huskarl level.
