Thunder posts like these are unnecessary and can cause applicants to not want to join, if players decide they dont want to play after a while, or things of that nature that is fine, that is why trial member is a thing, as far as response time, myself, sigolo and terath talk with each other to decide whether or not we want people to be a part of the house, this sometimes takes longer than others depending on the people and how we feel about them.
