If you have already done this, I believe there is a thread on the donator forum for this as well. Either way, patience is a virtue that will get you everywhere, I wouldn't suggest rushing the developers at any point in this process.

If you sent notification to Hypernoma following the details on this page. Then he will change your forum status to donator as quickly as he is able. Then a new forum section will open up for you where you will place the request for a respec.
