Offer on hold as I heard there is a better shield now.
However, if you're willing to go lower I'll keep updating this topic with the lowest offer I can buy it for and may eventually still buy the Royal.

As well as there being a new shield that is better than the royal, there is now the Defender Shield which has very similar stats with a crafting cost of 700-800k about. I recommend just making one of those.
