Just wonder if such a thing exist, a house without really tag or banner where anyone could be invited in to make a trade or stuff like that.

I use my old house as that. As long as people pay me 500 gold for invite they are free to join to trade.

I had ideas about that a while ago, but I figured it would just make it easier for people to solo around. I think it's important to be in a house.
