Hornskull helm has been added at Lvl 15 -- same mats as the other commando helmets.

Nikolskoe Helmet the same recipe and stats as other t4 commando helms.

Those are the same mats as Gnezdovo Helmet, so yeah. It's a pikeman helmet.
