Hello,
Until now, i tought that only brute drop non legendary weapons.
but today a nord captain gave me a nordic short warsword - are there more dropable "normal loot" like this?

Yep, I've gotten a pitchfork, a battleaxe, and a one-handed battleaxe, but I don't remember who dropped them.

The pitchfork is from a quest, as well as the one handed battle axe I am not sure about the other battle axe although I know that I have received one handed battle axes as loot before.

At the beginning of NI alot of the time normal loot was dropped, such as the One Handed Battle Axe. I believe this is still here and hasn't been removed, however the percentage of looting normal gear like that has been decreased by what I know. To answer your question, yes there is.
