I don't know how this happening but in rare occasions high-level Nord troops will spawn with no equipment. This happened to me with the Nord warlord, Nord knights, and even the Nord shock trooper.

It seems we are having some issues with the waves at the moment as many have already notified us on. Jez is currently working on fixing them so hopefully it wont be long before they are back to there original state.
Until then, enjoy the fun of slaughtering naked warlords.
