someone said that it is only for chosen marksmen, but everything else i see says otherwise.

I am pretty sure it is a different looking version of the arbalest... Pretty sure Sharpshooter weapon.

It is Chosen Marksman only. Evidence, you may ask? The damn recipe says so.

well, winter, i got impatient. I'm still 800 crafting xp from lvl 16, so i couldnt see the recipe.
