keeping team alive= better run= more xp
also tomes are very powerful i would say almost necessary to beat Rag

As dooomninja stated, the exp you'll get is a perk. Staying alive past wave 16 in normal mode probably yields much more experience than all the previous waves combined. Medics are essential to keeping shielders alive when they need to switch shields. Also allows players maintain damage output without being too worried about dying.

Yesh that I know...I have Field Medic Kits and I am working on Master Surgeons. I just wanted to see reasons on becoming a dedicated healer. but I am one now thanks
