Hello,just today i was on a server and i had 25k in my inventory.Later i went on another server killed a ranger and got a free 25k and a spam of questsshowed up that didnt require a ranger kill to complete? ??? btw spent the 25k that was mine i have the *free* 25k still in my inventory

Experienced same thing,killed a peasant and all quests completed except Prime slayer ( :'()
got 13k cash :/
Something tells me there's gonna be a rollback

Same thing has happened to me. Here are the quests that got bug-completed again and the time when it happend:

There will not be a rollback. The server recounted all quests as part of behind the changes being made.
Think of it as a gift from last rollback.
