According to item_kinds1.txt those are some boots with 29 (?) armour, no idea which class it's locked to, they looked pretty average though

Fara said they were archer boots, the posted picture confirms that.
Also, please stop looking into, or at least posting stuff from, the textfiles. Should get a mute for that, srsly.

Yes Spoiling stuff before it's found or crafted isn't good, but once it is I don't believe there is any problems with posting stats once found and/or crafted by a person. There is nothing against looking into files publicly posted and downloaded onto our own computers, that's fully within our right to see what we downloaded.

This is accurate. Spoilers are removed on sight, but if it is already found or crafted its fine. However, it is worth noting that the item files you read aren't always completely accurate (and are often just read completely wrong to begin with).
