Report NordzRfgtzz and XxYOLOSWAG4JESUSxX - Spirit - 13-10-2013
These two were trolling Normal Eu4 on Oct 13, around 2:30 am Pacific time.

they picked up and used tomes and would not drop them when asked. screenshot shows their response to repeated requests to drop the tomes.

I can confirm this, was there at the time. Judging by the ping they were australian players. Picking up the Jormungandrs and the tomes, the elmwood bows and the arrows. Not to mention they were relentlessley spamming chat.
