How much do you guys think it will cost to replace a laptop screen? Te one i have now is just a light show of white, black and tree branches on the cracks.

I have a HP Pavilion g6z, and I would not mind if it's he same screen. Sadly my warranty expired august, so Ill have to pay out of pocket.

from some quick searches, it seems it would cost $70 to $100 to replace that size of screen.

If you can replace it yourself the shops get all their laptop screens from ebay, so just look up your model on there and you HAVE to get the exact screen for your laptop so it fits correctly. There's bound to be a youtube video on how to replace the screen for that exact model as well that you could follow.

I know you probably don't need this information anymore but it's here for future reference, this goes for all laptop screen replacements just look up your exact model.
