I'm Sorry but i do not know what mystic Charms are used for? can someone please explain for me
Do they give u an extra boost or something?

They are materials used for crafting
Can be made by combining 3 sparkly necklaces and 3 nem flowers as level 8 alchemist
Used to make later weapons/armour
EDIT: Used to make strange weapons (strange great sword etc)
