Why does it require 80k XP total to get man at arms? Every other class has now been normalized to 2.5, 8, 60, 150k for classes. Why is Man at Arms the only exception? Is this just an oversight or what?

Agreed, 20k/40k seems more appriopriate. I think it was indeed an oversight.

Just turned level 24 with 10 class points left. Stats are:
Melee: 18187 xp
Ranged: 35230 xp
While you need:
30000 Melee XP
50000 Ranged XP
It's wrong I tell you!

20k melee and 40k range would seem more reasonable
,though it might be the new 'cav'.
