A class with good 2h skill would be nice but i dont think the name Swadian Knight would fit, because a knight is on a horse

Why the hell do you want to reduce 2h wpf for commando?
This class is already limited in his action on battlefield, they have no ranged weapons, if they can't use efficiently a 2h or a pole what will they do? Only shield meat?
No no, do what you want with swadian knight but don't touch commando!

The ability only in the Commandos reduced two-handed weapon, because that scenario Commandos + Heavy Guard will be too great two-handed weapon skill, as well as to stimulate the Commandos to add features to enhance the two-handed weapon is Guardian and Heavy Guard.
As for the title "Swadian Knight", then you need to think over it. I think you can come up with a more interesting class name.

I don't think having +20 proficiency as a Knight/Heavy Infantry (190) as opposed to a current vanilla commando (170) really justifies having another class, and nerfing commando.
If anything, I think it should be a subspecialty class after becoming a Commando.
