Well the idea here is to unlock the max lvl. So there would be more of a reason to play further imho.
Just one example as you could make this:

Once reached Lvl 52, lock theĀ  class progressions, and make e.g. per levelĀ  5 more weapon Proficiency, each 10th level one Skillpoint to give-away or something like that. (Besides the tons of XP you`ll need to reach higher level you`ll get only small advantages from that but`s better then nothing)

Let me hear what your`e thinking.

If further levels were to be unlocked I'd suggest they also need gold to unlock. So maybe 50k to unlock 53 and 100k for 54 so on and so on. ( Adjust Gold to drain rich players accordingly.)

I like that idea, but where does the gold go? What does it matter if high level players have a lot of gold?

The gold is an offering to the swadian gods. NI needs a nice goldsink.

No without gold would be better just xp! But you can spend money for train how abou this? Per level you can spent one time gold for train some skill?!

There would have to be a limit at some point, otherwise players would just get too powerful. Id rather that they just up the cap for strength or agility
