In my opinion, while the Marksman does get access to some nice crossbows, the increase is crossbow proficiency it gets can be neglected, as crossbow wpf adds only to accuracy and speed. That's nice, if it wasn't for the fact that the Sharpshooter already has enough proficiency to have pin-point accuracy with all crossbows currently available, which only leaves a tiny boost of reload speed.
