BBCode for Clan message of the day. - Tarimoth - 08-05-2012 Maybe if I say please? If it's not possible to add this feature, would a dev please consider explaining why? I could really use this, as our house keeps all sorts of things listed in our clan news - it gets dull to read it all in the same text type, same size etc. PS: Please. Again. Re: BBCode for Clan message of the day. - Birdtalon - 08-05-2012 I thought you could use HTML tags in it. <b> <u> etc. Re: BBCode for Clan message of the day. - clickeverywhere - 08-05-2012 It says HTML not allowed. It certainly would be nice to have more options with the MOTD, though from my experience, getting people to read that stuff was pretty difficult. Re: BBCode for Clan message of the day. - Tarimoth - 10-05-2012 Yeah it seems to be, for some reason. We're working on it however - and HTML/BBCode would help alot, I think. Then it would't just be a boring wall of text - we might brighten it up a bit. Re: BBCode for Clan message of the day. - Blondin - 11-05-2012 Yeah I'm not sure that ppl take a look at that after the first time, what could be better is a message system. I myself tried to give info to members with this system but only 10 or 20 percent answered to my call. Not everyone use forum or TS but everyone goes on his char page, so if leader could send message to members then you can really give fresh info to your partner, like organizing event, asking to farm a special mat, or warning about a problem or a glitch, etc... Re: BBCode for Clan message of the day. - Tarimoth - 13-05-2012 Support that idea. Only about 5-10% response to my message of the days. People don't check. |
