I don't know which house I can join and do I have enough requirement, I just wanna join semi-big or medium sized house, which is active and welcomes new players.

Hello there mate,
I would say your current level may be too low for the majority of the active houses, because they are doing Hard or even Rag Events.
You should at first reach level 32 to be able to play hard and then you can look for a house, who can let take you part at events easily
