What would be the benefit of making a group? - oracolus - 10-05-2014
For the moment i have enough to start a Group if i wanted to, but i wanted to know any significant benefits from it.
What are the benefits?

Trading if it's just a private house, House events if you make it an official house.

Is there any constly diffrences between a private and a open one, besides, would there be any negative Points if i choose the other and so on?

There isn't a static option to have it a private trading house or a real house; it's just what you make of it.
Some benefits are:
Finding more friends to play with
Gaining some leadership skills
The ability to host 2 house events per week
Gaining some trust skills
Learning/teaching how to play the game better
Sharing of gear (if you are on that level of trust)
Trade without suffering from a fee
Write a MoTD (message of the day) in the house page on the website for updates and ect.
Get your own personal Teamspeak channel
My advice to you is, become a follower before you become a leader. You benefit more that way, whether through knowledge or experience.

As what Spacey said.
Back when I lead a House you have to keep strict rules in order, to make sure everything works efficiently. You have to be extremely active for the House to prosper. Imo I would only start a House at lvl 39 or even better, Hero.
